Uni Asistan processes your personal data solely to provide the app's core functionality. No account registration is required to use the app.

2. Data We Collect

The app processes only the following data:

• Course information you add (name, code, color, absence count)
• Notes, PDF files, and voice recordings you upload
• AI-generated exam questions and summaries
• Upcoming exam dates and titles
• Anonymous device and user identifiers (via RevenueCat for subscription management)
• Subscription and purchase history (via RevenueCat)

All personal academic data is stored locally on your device and is never shared with third parties.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to:

• Provide academic tracking features (courses, absences, exams)
• Generate AI-powered summaries and exam questions via OpenAI
• Manage your subscription status via RevenueCat

4. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: Note and PDF content is temporarily sent to OpenAI's servers for AI processing. OpenAI does not retain this data after processing. See OpenAI Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Anonymous user and device identifiers and purchase history are shared with RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored on your device until you delete it. You can permanently delete all data via Settings → Reset App Data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Since all data is stored locally, you can exercise these rights directly within the app.

7. Analytics & Tracking

Uni Asistan does not use any advertising networks, analytics services, or tracking tools. No usage data is collected for marketing purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Uni Asistan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
